Originally from Melbourne, Shelby did cosmetic tattooing in Melbourne and Townsville before opening Restore on the Gold Coast. She now has over 10 years of experience in cosmetic and medical tattooing.
Shelby’s passion is to make people feel good in their own skin. Her vision for Restore is to create a calm and relaxing environment where experience, attention to detail and innovation can come together. Her goal is to create realistic tattooing that looks natural.
Shelby has completed over 20 professional development courses in her career and is a cosmetic tattoo trainer herself. Some of her most sought after skills include self-harm scar camouflage, areola reconstructive tattooing and stretch mark tattooing.
Shelby is also a passionate Scalp Micro Pigmentation Tattooist. This technique gives the illusion of thicker hair where there is scarring or balding.
Shelby loves to express her creativity in other aspects of her life. When she isn’t tattooing, she enjoys sewing classes and cooking. She also likes to keep active with her fur baby Nala and going to Pilates.
