I've seen Shelby develop through out her cosmetic tattooing career and can definitely say she is someone I trust with a needle to my face! Not only had she done amazing eye brows on me, but I was so self conscious of my eyes as when I was younger I had a car accident and had stitches on my eye lid that made one eye look a little more closed! After years and years of applying liquid eyeliner, I let Shelby tattoo 'lash enhancement' and also a thin liner to make my eyes even!
